Vasyl Latsanych has over 20 years of extensive international experience in the telecommunications industry.

Mr. Latsanych is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bakcell and Vodafone Ukraine – telecommunications companies within NEQSOL Holding.

He is also the Head of Telecom at NEQSOL Holding. Mr. Latsanych joined the Holding in 2021 and is in charge of strategic management and further development of the Holding’s telecommunications assets, as well as expansion to new markets.

Before joining NEQSOL Holding, Mr. Latsanych served in 2018-2020 as Chief Executive Officer of Beeline Russia, an integrated mobile and fixed telecoms operator with 40M customers. In 2017, he served as Vice President of the Dutch international telecoms group VEON. Previously, Mr. Latsanych worked at MTS Group and Sistema for 16 years, where he held several senior executive positions across markets of presence, most recently as Group Vice President of Strategy, Marketing, and Digital Development.

Vasyl Latsanych was a Board Member at various companies operating in financial, telecommunications, IT, medicine, and other industries.

Mr. Latsanych received his Executive MBA from London Business School.
