Olga Ustinova has more than 21 years of experience in the telecommunication and IT spheres, with profound professional knowledge and understanding of this sector, as well as a clear vision of its perspectives.

She is the CEO of Vodafone Ukraine, NEQSOL Holding’s telecommunications company in Ukraine, providing services to 20 mln subscribers.

Ms. Ustinova was appointed as the CEO of Vodafone Ukraine on January 1, 2016. Prior to that, she had long held senior positions in Ukrainian telecommunications companies, such as Ukrtelecom, Life, N-Pay, and GSM Ukraine. Olga Ustinova had worked for MTS since 2010. For four years, she headed the Kyiv territorial administration of MTS Ukraine. In 2015, she headed the Far East macroregion at MTS.

Ms. Ustinova graduated with honors from Odessa State Academy of Communications named after O.S. Popova in 1995.
