Cara Williams is a distinguished leader in areas of sustainability, ESG, financial and investment services with over 28 years of experience.

Cara Williams is the Member of the Advisory Board at NEQSOL Holding.

She currently serves as a Senior Partner, Global Head of ESG, Climate and Sustainability at Mercer, a global consulting company in the field of human resources and financial services. 

Throughout her career at Mercer, Cara Williams has held various leadership positions, including Global Wealth Management Leader, Global Leader of Technology Solutions and Global Chief Operating Officer. 

She also served as Director for Consultant Relations at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers. Her extensive experience encompasses investment consulting, wealth management, and the integration of technology into financial services.

Cara Williams is also fluent in French and German, enabling her to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Finance from the University of Hartford.
