NEQSOL Holding hosts study abroad masterclass for key scholarship program

NEQSOL Holding organized a masterclass in Baku for the winners of its educational support program named “Parla” on the topic of studying abroad.

The Holding together with the Azerbaijan-UK Alumni Association (AUKAA) and the Implementation Unit for the State Program to study abroad in 2019-2023 provided the masterclass to the students enrolled in the Parla program, which is implemented by NEQSOL Holding in cooperation with the Education Development Fund, in Baku on 25 May 2024.

A total of 50 successful female beneficiaries of the Parla scholarship program were selected last year from a pool of 674 applicants. Success in their education, as well as economic status, were taken into consideration. The selected students benefit monthly payments. Moreover, NEQSOL Holding offers a comprehensive set of programs to female students such as internships, mentorship, access to global top university programs and LinkedIn Learning tools through NEQSOL Academy.

The purpose of the event was to introduce education opportunities to Parla students in the United Kingdom and ways of studying through the State Program to study abroad. The participants in the event, AUKAA Chairman Sabir Mammadov, a representative from the Implementation Unit for the State Program to study abroad in 2019-2023 Aygul Ismayilova, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of AUKAA Narmin Baghirzade, Member of the Board of the Directors at AUKKA Aslan Mirzayev, and a Specialist in Study Abroad Nigar Bayramli spoke about life and study in the UK and the benefits of the program to study abroad. Narmin Baghirzade shared her own experience of studying abroad and challenges she faced during her journey with the students. Their speech was followed by a Q&A session.
