Adnan Nuri Ozkaya has over 30 years of international work experience in various senior roles.

Mr. Ozkaya is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Norm, which operates the largest cement plant in the South Caucasus. Prior to this, he had also acted as a business consultant and board member for Norm since February 2012.

Mr. Ozkaya worked for Lafarge group and assumed various positions in Turkey and at headquarters in Paris for 17 years. He acted as the Chief Executive Officer between 2002 and 2010, and as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer between 1999 and 2002 in Lafarge Cement Turkey. Prior to this, he worked for the audit company until the end of 1992.

Mr. Ozkaya graduated from Bogazici University Business Administration in 1988.
